Crispy Crepes Banana Ice Cream Topping


Crepes Ingredients:

100 gr flour
1 tbsp sugar
2 eggs, beaten
300 ml milk
75 gr of melted butter
butter to spread

topping:

3 bananas, cut into pieces
sweetened condensed milk chocolate
raisin vanilla ice cream (can be changed according to taste)

How to Make:

    1. Enter the granulated sugar, flour and beaten eggs, mix until smooth
    2. Add milk gradually, stirring again until smooth and let stand for 30 minutes
    3. Heat a skillet special crepes and spread with butter. Pour the dough and flatten to form a sphere
    4. Wait until the yellowing and lift

How Serving:

  1. Place the dough on a plate and set it neatly bananas that have been cut into pieces, then sprinkle with chocolate sweetened condensed milk
   2. Add a scope of ice cream on top
