Bask in the morning can make a slim ?



When you want to lose weight , many people usually done is to manage your diet or exercise . But did you know that the trivial activities such as basking in the sun in the morning can also help you lose weight ?

A recent study revealed that people who are often exposed to the morning sun exposure usually has a more slender body than people who rarely exposed to light in the morning , as reported by Healthy Living ( 02 / 04 ) .

" We are very interested to know the link between sunlight weight . This is preliminary research which provides guidance on the relationship between the amount of sunlight that found someone with his weight , " said study author Dr. Phyllis Zee of Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine in Chicago .

Even so , Zee explains that the link between sun exposure in the morning with weight is not a causal relation . These results were obtained after the researchers observations of 54 adults. They are monitored through a device attached to the arm to calculate the amount of sun exposure they receive during the seven days .

Furthermore, researchers compared them with a body mass index ( BMI ) . In addition to the amount of sun exposure , the type of sunlight is also important . People who are exposed to more sun exposure in the morning is usually more slender than those who are exposed to the sun during the day .

According to researchers , there are several ways how exposure can affect weight . Sunlight affects the body clock , which in turn also affects the hormones and metabolism , and appetite .

Zee recommends that people who want a quick trim to sunbathe for 20 to 30 minutes in the morning when the sun at eight in the morning . It would be better if more early morning when the sun was warm and friendly to the skin .
