Persistent constipation cause straining habit when defecating . It may cause dilation of blood vessels in the anus and the subsequent swelling and eventually arise bulge out of the anus , so there was piles ( hemorrhoids ) . Hemorrhoids require more serious treatment of constipation , because the problem is more complex . Not only difficulty defecating , but there has been a bulge out of the anus that cause uncomfortable and painful condition .
Intestinal tumors
Prolonged constipation can also lead to tumors in the colon , because the substances and harmful impurities that should be excluded too long to settle in the intestines , so it would be toxic / poison that triggers cancer cells or be carcinogenic .
Well Ladies , do not let constipation cause serious diseases that torment you . Hence , if the signs of constipation beginning to be felt , immediately you make the effort to treat and prevent it .
