8 Resolution Manage Money



The beginning of a new year is a great time to make resolutions personal finances. When you make a new resolution, consider first some financial resolutions that will help you save money.

Spending Diet

For example, do not use credit cards and do not buy things that are not important.

Emergency Fund

Everyone should have an emergency fund that can take three to 12 months. These funds can remove if you or your spouse suddenly lost jobs, damaged cars, or need a new fence. However, there are many people who use these funds for everyday expenses. So to avoid it, the money set aside in place or savings which do not allow you to use it everyday.

Eat at Home

Too often eating out can really drain your finances. Instead of going to a restaurant, you should begin to cook it yourself at home.

Create a Budget

For some people, making a financial budget can be very frustrating, especially for those who have a lot of debt bill. Indeed, mental strength is needed to be able to see this (budget, Ed.) As a positive thing.

Think of a budget as freedom, not something that you restrict or regulate. Budget can tell you what you can and can not do (sebagaiparameter).

Start with a simple ledger to keep track of how your income. Then, for details of expenditure for savings, daily necessities, emergency funds, and others. That way you can see if the money you are right, there are still remaining, or even "bigger than the pole peg".

Add Savings

Each time you earn extra money, such as a birthday gift or a bonus, you'll want to incorporate 10 percent of all primary savings account, apart from the cost of day-to-day or emergency fund. Consider also the general guideline that 33 percent to 36 percent of your salary should be directed to the costs (mortgage) house (if in installments).

If you spend 40 percent of net salary for home, it does not allow you to save and invest in a way that you need.

Think Before Buying

Every time you go shopping, ask yourself whether you buy it really needs. Do not do it just for the food alone, but also other things such as clothes, shoes, toys, and others.

Creating Wallet Reminder

Motivation yourself by writing words in the spirit of a small card and place it in the wallet at a position that is easily seen.

Avoid Sale!

Standing firm against the discount! All people would like the goods at a cheap price. They assume, by buying discounted goods they've been saving some rupiaj and "do not" spend money. But, many are not aware that the goods they buy not because it is needed, rather than be tempted cheap price.
